# Handover Poster or Presentation Submission

## I am not in charge of uploading a Poster or Presentation Submission. How do I make sure the right person receives the invitation?

If you have received an email that asks you to upload the Presentation material (a Poster and/or a Video Presentation) before a Conference, but you are not responsible for uploading it, you can add another Contributor as a Co-Author during the Submission process.

1. Please [log in here](https://www.morressier.com/home?hsLang=en):  
   \- go to *My submissions*,  
   \- navigate to the *Presentation Material* tab,  
   \- click on *Submit.*

2. Scroll down until you see the *Invite Co-authors* field and click on *Add co-authors*.  
   Ignore all the other fields.

3. Add the name and email address of the person who is responsible for the upload and press *Continue*.

4. Ignore the *Complete Submission* button - you can just close the Submission window.

   The author will receive an email with their login, and from there they will also be able to upload the Content.
